Recipe - Dinner
Beef and Mushroom Stir-Fry
1 package (8oz) sliced mushrooms
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 lb beef sirloin steak, well trimmed, thinly sliced
1 tsp garlic salt
1 can (14 1/2 oz) swanson chicken broth
1 tsp cornstarch
white or brown rice
Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking oil, add mushrooms and onions cook until mushrooms are golden, stirring frequently. Transfer vegetables to bowl.
To same skillet, add steak and garlic
cook until desired doneness.
In cup, mix broth and cornstarch. Return mushroom mixture to skillet. Add cornstarch mixture; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute.
Serve over rice.
