Spike Extreme Energy
Mrguy has used various types of stimulates and found that many either make you jittery, or just don't do a thing for you and are a big waste of money.
At the 2005 Mr Olympia Expo, I was given some samples of a new stimulate product called Spike. (Got to love that Expo!)
Wow, I really liked them a lot. They give you a boost without the jitters and really do make you more alert with a whole lot more energy. There is no crash period as with a lot of Ephedra based products since Spike does not have Ephedra in it and it will not keep you up all night even if you take it in the afternoon.
I found that they take 1 to 2 hours to really start working for me and have heard reports of others with similar experiences.
It's a really good product. About 40 bucks a bottle but well worth. I don't it all the time, but on the occasions I a need simple lift, BioTests spike gets the job done.
