Recipe - Slow Cooker

Chicken Cacciatore over Linguine

1 30oz jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup red wine
1 med onion chopped
1 package fresh mushrooms
14 pieces chicken tenderloins
1 tsp Italian herb seasoning

Combine first 4 ingredients in slow cooker, stir well, add chicken.

Cover: cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove chicken, cut up.
Add Italian seasoning, cook for 15 minutes on high.
Add chicken heat thoroughly.
Serve over linguine.
