Chinese Chicken Salad with Ramen Noodles Lettuce Wraps Recipe
2 cups diced chicken
small head of chopped cabbage
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup silvered almonds
6 green onions chopped
Mix above ingredients in a big bowl.
Dressing:
1 or 2 seasoning pkg from Ramen Noodles
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 tsp salt
Stir together and add to salad with 1 or 2 pkgs broken up Ramen Noodles, cooked or uncooked. If you want you noodles crunchy, do this just before serving. If you like your noodles soft, do this before you serve as long as you wish. You could also substitute rice noodles for Ramen Noodles. Serve on lettuce wraps.
