Onion-Roasted Chicken and Vegetables
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
12 pieces chicken tenderloins
6 small potatoes
2 carrots, sliced
Preheat oven to 450
In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until chicken and vegetables are evenly coated
In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken on top of vegetables, discard bag.
Bake uncovered, 35 minutes or until chicken and vegetables are done.
Makes about 4 servings.
