Sausage and Vegetable Casserole
2 pkgs (14 oz) sausage links of your choice
1 1/2 cups carrots
1 lg onion sliced
6 potatoes cut in small pieces
1 (26 oz)
can family size cream of mushroom soup - 3/4 can of water
Preheat oven to 400
Line big glass dish with foil, leaving enough to cover and close over dish.
Put sausage in center.
Pre-cook carrots in microwave for about 20 minutes, cut up potatoes and onion, add vegetables to sausage.
Mix soup and water, pour over mixture.
Cover tightly with foil, bake for 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are done.
Serves approximately 6.
