Slow-Cooked Paprika Chicken with Garlic Mashed Potatoes
10 big pieces chicken tenderloins, cut up
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
3 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp pepper
1 (103/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup Green Giant frozen sweet peas, thawed
1/2 cup sour cream
instant mashed or garlic potatoes
In slow cooker, combine chicken, onion, bell pepper, paprika, pepper and soup: mix well.
Cover: cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
Change setting to high 45 minutes before serving, stir thawed peas into chicken mixture, cover
About 10 minutes before serving stir in sour cream, cover. Serve chicken mixture with garlic mashed potatoes
