Sweet 'n Sour Chicken Recipe
14 pieces chicken tenderloins, cut up
1 diced onion
1 can (14 1/2 oz) swanson chicken broth
1 jar (10 oz) kraft sweet 'n sour sauce
1 chopped green pepper
1 can (14 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
2 cups uncooked minute rice
Place chicken in slow cooker with onion. Add chicken broth and sweet 'n sour sauce. Cover with lid and cook on low for 8 to 10 hr. (or on high for 5 hr.)
Add pepper 1 hour before meal is ready. Cover. Stir in pineapple and rice. Cover and cook an additional 20 minutes.
