Why Bodybuilding?
I became involved in bodybuilding in 2002 after my weight had ballooned to 250 lbs. I was about 50lbs over weight and was not in shape at all.
After starting out slowly, having the normal ups and downs, I eventually settled into the fact that I was going to change my life because I was sick and tired of being the way I was.
In the Bodybuilding section, I'll list the the routines, diets and supplements that seemed to of work for me.
4 years later, I'm still into body building and am no longer over weight.
The picture to the left is MrGuy in 2002 and then again Nov 2005 at about 12% body fat.
Still got a ways to go but have a pretty good start.
Staying motivated is the key! |
